Planned burning initial advice

This alert applies to the following parks:

Hazard reduction and conservation burns are planned for Main Range National Park, between 23rd April and 31st August 2018. Areas likely to be affected include Mt Mitchell, Bare Rock, Goomburra (south of camp areas), Davies Ridge (western section), Lower Panorama Point, Queen Mary Falls, West of Mt Asplenium, West of Mt Superbus, East of Spicers Peak and Teviot Gap. All burning will be weather dependent and where possible, scheduled outside school holidays, Anzac Day and the Labour Day long weekend. Please watch this site for updated alerts, prior to the commencement of burning.
