This alert applies to the following parks:

Access to the QPWS Springbrook Visitor Information Centre is now permitted. The centre contains contemporary park information on what to see and do and where to go within Springbrook National Park, which can also be viewed outside of opening hours. The centre also features a large photographic mural of the Springbrook plateau's natural and cultural history, as well as other relevant displays. We encourage all park visitors to firstly visit Gauriemabah (the information centre) to obtain information about Springbrook National Park before venturing into the park.

Opening times for the centre are:

  • 8am - 3pm from Monday to Friday (weekdays only).

The short walk along the timber boardwalk at the Information Centre remains open.

All other areas of Springbrook National Park are also open, unless otherwise stated.

Observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers and do not enter closed areas.

Please note: Access to Springbrook National Park is via Numinbah Valley along Pine Creek Road ONLY. There is NO access from Mudgeeraba as Gold Coast-Springbrook Road remains closed until further notice.

Stay informed of road closures - check road conditions.
