Part of the Building Active Communities Workshops program.

Committees play an important role in developing and implementing a structured system of administration and management to support club activity and operations. A stable, knowledgeable and well-functioning committee is the key to an effective organisation. This workshop provides committee members with the latest information to assist them in their role. Topics include committee member induction, strategic leadership, legal compliance, financial monitoring, recruitment, and evaluating and improving management.
