Research field work notification form

This form should be used to notify QPWS of planned visits and activities by holders of Research Authorities/Scientific Purpose Permits/Education Purpose Permits issued by EHP and/or QPWS which allow activities to be undertaken in the Queensland protected estate.

Please provide at least 7 days notice.

Please complete a separate notification for each park/forest.

Notification may not be acknowledged, so please proceed as planned unless advised otherwise.
